Reporting Requirements
SCHEDULE: Local Chatelaines are required to report quarterly. Local Seneschals shall report for groups that have no Chatelaine. Reports are due February 15, August 15, November 15, with your Gold Key Inventory included in the November report.
Emailed reports are preferred. Use the word Chatelaine and your group name in the subject of the email. Attachments are acceptable if they are text or image only (no executable files) please mention your attachment in the text of your report to confirm that it is not a virus attachment. 6) Plans for next quarter
7) Other comments
8) Attach Gold Key Inventory to November report only
