|The Grand Chefs of Meridies was begun by Master Sir Robert Hightower to promote the art of cooking in the SCA. Since the founding, and with the formation of the Kingdom of Gleann Ahbann, a new Grand Chefs group has sprung up to the west of Meridies.
We have a cookbook available, From Then to Now: A Cookbook for Period Feasts , by Sir Robert Hightower, featuring contributions from many Grand Chefs. It may be purchased from Sir Robert; address available below.
